customer services so mad!!!!!!

<p>my and my husband went to pick n pay wilkoppies in klerksdorp today...... what a mistake!!!! there were only 5 tills open and it is a big shop but then i ask why are there so little tills open. they told us little staff was book for today to save money!we were waiting a hour in line to pay....... when we got to the till the lady didnt ask if we want bags didnt even great us. i told my husband " they dont ask if we want bags" she heard me then she said " ek sal nou ge***ken vra het" she doesnt ask for the smartshopper i told my husband and she ask......natasha is the worse cassier rude. we called the manager. faruk. he took my husbands name number and ask what happend but and he ask natasha to came down. she said she will get her husband to **** up my husband. what cassier speaks like that!!!!we are very upset.and request headoffice to phone my husband! we go every month to that store but think we must look for another place to go from now on.........</p>
