CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED FOR THE STAFF!!

I AM IN ABSOLUTE DISGUST from Pick n Pay Diepsloot kiosk customer service. It doesn't even deserve a rating of 1 - zero is what is fitting for the customer service I received this past weekend! I'm at the kiosk waiting to be pay for a few items I bought and withdraw cash from my Tymebank Account, when suddenly I see 2 people who were standing in front of me just abruptly leave. Me and the other 10 people behind me are left unattended and in question of what's happening. I had to personally take myself to the cashier (Lindiwe) to find out what the problem was - only for her to respond so uninterested and tell me that her till is down and won't be able to assist us - we should go queue elsewhere. The problem I find most disturbing is that (1) How unprofessional she decides to handle the situation, no direction to which cashier could assist us, (2) the inconvenience of my time spent waiting in a long queue and not be considered as a valued customer and be informed of what the issue is (3) Tymebank has partnered with Pick n Pay so we may be able to withdraw our money freely with no extra fee hassles, but it seems that's useless as Pick n Pay doesn't ensure that process is handled diligently. The amount of customers that left after being treated with such little care was evident that Pick n Pay will lose valued customers because of the lack of staff training to make the staff aware that customers keep the lights on and contribute immensely to the stores success. Pick n Pay needs to conduct customer service training for its staff! Finish and klaar!
