Customer Service Training

Pick n Pay should invest in customer service for their employees. PnP Hyper East Rand sold me a used Alva Gas Heater, which i managed to return to PnP Hyper in Woodmead even the manager could see that is was a returned used Heater.

I complained till they gave me my cash back as much as PnP is doing good they lack Customer Service to its customers.
