CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS PLUS!
I live in East London and tracked down an all weather jacket at the Pick n Pay Clothing Store in Ottery. Vanessa Hoffman gave excellent customer service in that she arranged to have it delivered to my daughter, a student on the Tygervalley Campus in Parow! Rachelle Steer kindly assisted me in doing my payment online. Wonderful service. Both ladies were only to eager to assist in any way they could, Thanks again, much appreciated.
