Customer Service Manager with attitude
My colleagues and I have a stokvel for Pick n Pay, we buy vouchers from January till November and by the end of November we share or give away our vouchers. Monday we went to Pick n Pay to load and requested from the teller a balance slip on each voucher to see if everything is in order. The were amounts that were not adding up we went to the store yesterday and requested to speak to the Customer Service Manager thinking that she is gonna be able to assist us, and assist us with our calculations to see if we right because it is expected out of her to Build good customer relations if we don't understand something she needs to ensure that she explained until a customer is satisfied, Handling complaints and Queries from customers not giving them attitude. She didn't even offer my colleagues a chair to sit on who is 8months pregnant, she treated us as stupid which is wrong the is nothing wrong when you ask if you don't understand . In the vouchers we save R50 thousand rands.
