customer service is disgusting

Pick n pay Queensburgh is absolutely shocking , the service is beyond disgusting , when you approach the manager at his counter to complain about a teller that has an attitude he completely ignores you and makes like you dont exist , they always have minimum staff and at the peak times the ques are long , nothing has been done to improve this ,each time the excuse from the manager is that he is short staff , month end they have 5 tills open ,its completely shocking how this shop has gone down, management need to do something about this 05.10.23
