Customer service is an issue

Im a regular pick n pay shopper and I have tried so hard to ignore the fact that pick n pay employee's in Diepkloof Square provide the worst customer service all the time. A few weeks ago, I was helped by a lady whose name I forgot. I had bought monthly groceries and with my groceries, I took a tray of cream buns. There was no price on the buns and I did not notice it but when I got to the till to pay for my goods, the lady told me to go to the bakery section and ask the lady to put a price on it. I was surprised she was asking me to do it as there was an idle packer by the till. I then suggested she ask the packer to do it (it's not my problem that someone forgot to put a price sticker on the buns) she refused to ask her colleague and said she is too old to be sent by her to the Baker. She then proceeded by saying "clearly you aren't serious about buying the buns, if you were, you would be back with the price by now. I wont sell them to u without the price" I got annoyed and asked why I had to go back as the customer and not the employee and she said "because you want the buns. Not me" I left the store without my buns and was so angry but I had decided she was maybe having a bad day and that's it.

Two weeks ago, I had to go to pick n pay again. I bought a lot of things and when I got to the till. The lady was cashing all my things but no packer. She ignored the fact that the grocery was filling up her till and that there were two idle employees who passed by without helping. I then asked her "Nhlanhla, Why do we not have a packer when other tills appear to have packers?" She responded in saying "non of them are in as yet" I couldn't understand why as it was 1pm and there were idle employees who were conversation with one another but she couldn't get someone to help? I was very annoyed but I continued to look for an empty trolley and returned to pack for myself. There was no apology from her. Nothing. It was as if it were compulsory for customers to pack their own grocery.

Today, I went to pick n pay again for some essentials. Till number 8 at around 12. I forgot the tellers name but she was so grumpy. I got to her till. She didn't greet back. Didn't ask for my pick n pay card. Did not get me a packer. She didn't even look at me. I asked her for a plastic. She cashed it and put it aside. I had to pack for myself, again.

I shop at pick n pay in Hyde park corner and I never experience these issues. The customer service there has always been great. The employees smile. They greet. They pack!! Why is it so difficult for pick n pay Diepkloof Square to adhere to the same principle. What is the difference? Same shop. Surely things should be done the same.
