Customer service guys don’t forget

I’m one person who complains less and appreciate more but today I ddn’t live the service i received at pick and pay at the square in Nelspruit I was the 4 days back to withdraw money that I have sent to a friend and unfortunately where she is they don’t have any pick and pay or boxer branch but the guy I met simply told me they don’t have and we joked around it and I left although I ddn’t get the money I was looking for but his service was satisfying I was ohk. I went there today to withdraw the same voucher as it used to mnth end I queued on a long queue I ddn’t have a problem when I got in the front the lady told me she doesn’t have money I will have to go and ask the other lady and queue again in that line I then asked like serious do I have to go and queue in another line she was dead serious believe me I then left without receiving the money I really don’t understand cause this is the first time I came across something like this how can you expect some one to queue again after queuing when some lady that I asked a number from of the shop cause they gave me a number that is not working knowing very well it is not working she said at the bank when you queue and you don’t get money you will have to queue again of which it doesn’t happen like that in the atms if the option of depositing or collecting voucher doesn’t work you wait until the person using the next atm then you withdraw people understand I don’t know if she undermined me cz I look young but I’m was not happy and still not happy cz imagine I still have to go to the same shop and do the withdrawal her name is Prudence watch out for her she lacks customer service experience from a person who is from a retailer world I wouldn’t have done such to a customer
