Customer Service

As a pick n pay customer I was not happy with the customer service I had today. Please train your staff on customer service. Imagine having to wait for a change from a cashier who was literally strolling and making mini conversation with people and when asked to hurry up she rep**** with one nasty attitude and said she's busy assisting other customers. Her name is Lerato, short in height, dark skin and had artificial eyelashes on at Chris Hani Mall, East Rand. This incindent happened today (29 December 2019). Thank God me and my husband were so calm and didn't want to course any drama. I would appreciate it if you could look into the matter and call her to order, because what she did was totally unacceptable
