Customer Service Excellence

My dad bought diapers for my baby over the weekend but they were the incorrect size and we lost the receipt. I called Cornwall View PnP and spoke to the Manager Darryl. I explained my problem to him. He said it was not a problem and to just come in, but prior to that he also ensured that he had stock of the size I required. I was assisted immediately without hassles when I got there!
