Customer service

The store does not respond to complaints which I have previously lodged. The complaints were on expired food that was on the shelves, beacons that did not have best before or sell by date and poor customer service. Regardless of how many times I made follow up with their call centre, no response was given.

Another problem is that their queues are long and mostly unbearable, particularly in lebowakgomo and Polokwane (Mall of the North).
