<p>Hello Pick n Pay Somerset Mall,</p> <p>I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I got from your two cashiers babalwa and Nabeelah.</p> <p>My request was to withdraw at the cashier till an amount of R600 and first words was “I don’t have” in a sarcastic tone, then she was very never-minded and then after few minutes she then decided to ask supervisor.</p> <p>Already waited so long with this transaction to complete, no apology nothing, pathetic really, eventually was sent to Ivett, lovely girl, and I have sorry she had to deal with my mood because Nabeelah decided to give her two cents didn’t know what was happening and she said “oh, this customer doesn’t want to wait” I don’t have money in my till and standing right there and then she rambles on but she wasn’t even included in the conversation….again she had no idea what was happening……….which annoyed me further</p> <p>I do not appreciate this kind of service from your staff, I am highly ****ed off……………I waited 30 minutes for a simple transaction and rude staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was it not for my child and husband being with me I would’ve lost my composure and give both ladies piece my mind. Nabeelah just didnt shut up at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Loyalty to you guys and this is what we have to tolerate, I am so furious and ****ed of I ensured I remembered the names!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>really festive season and its like this...................</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
