Customer service at Pick n Pay

I shop at PnP Centurion lifestyle and i cannot recall a day that i have had a good experience, however, yesterday was the absolute worst.

Around 16:45 i had went to PNP Centurion Lifestyle Centre to buy one item ( Loaf of bread )

All the cashiers refused to assist me and put a closed sign as i approached the till and they sent me to Cigarette counter where i had to wait approximately 15 minutes just to pay for a loaf of bread.

The cashiers refuse to greet customers or even pack your grocery bag, they are extremely rude and don't attempt to assist at all.
