Customer service a disgrace!Lazy , rude staff members

Staff is so lazy and so unprofessional. One person at the till helping. The others sit around if you ask for help they speak in another langu arguing who must help it's a disgrace! This happened both cape gate mall and tygervalley they are the worst! I had to basically beg for them to help I ended up buying my husband's phats there I can show proof on my bank card
