Customer service

I feel it is really unacceptable and makes it almost impossible not to pull the race point as there is no equity of service on customers. Today I went to the money market and the manager just said there is no money and looked away yet she was walking with another White lady trying to find funds for her. I'm really disappointed as I wouldn't have taken the time to go to pick n pay if I didn't need the money.
