Customer Service

Goodday,

On Saturday, 3/12/16 Raffle Tickets were bought from the Kiosk from an elderly shop assistant, who has no respect for customers in the queue, who are persons of colour. She served one person in the queue and the next customer was a person of colour, whom she disregarded to serve another person who was not in the queue and was not a person of colour.

On a previous experience with this same shop assistant, aPowerball card was given to her to check - she walked away without taken the card from me - she should not be at that counter at all, if this is the customer service we are exposed - do something.
