Customer service
On Monday, 23 March 2020, we visit PnP Upington, for our monthly shopping. I want to buy their special of the vegetables, 4 for R100 but they were out of stock and the delivery did not arrived. However the young man working at the vegetable section take the inisiative to make me the selection that I needed from the loose vegetables. With a smile and friendliness he assist me, that is customer service at it's best. Unfortunately I did not get his name but want to thank him for the extra mile he did go for me. PnP you can be proud of him. He will know who he is.
