Customer service ****

I bought a TV at pick n pay la lucia mall and it stopped working, went back to the store with tv and receipt and r weeks later nothing,now they say I must wait another 3 weeks, is that fair.spoke to Shaun and Devon both useless full of lies, so ****ed off,my advice don't buy anything from them,whites get preferential treatment. Worst horrific customer experience
