Customer service

Terrible service at the bakery at the pick and pay at the Cresent due to one staff member there (Preshani) i went in to buy some pies her attitude towards me actually was shocking as she was irritated by the fact I was standing waiting to buy pies she called another staf member to help me... He was friendly and assisted me and he acknowledged what she did and apologised I did speak to the manager and he was kind and helpful... I think people who don't want to work there shouldn't and give pick and pay a bad name... Customer service is key
