I would like to know why don't you deliver in Soweto and why can't I collect in the pick n pay in Soweto when ordering online.

Currently not all stores do Online Shopping. The delivery service is available in restricted areas as offered on our Websites. Whilst we endeavor to expand our coverage, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, including areas previously covered by our service.
Due to an unforeseen temporary supply disruption, click n collect orders have been put on hold for now until stocks become available to fulfil collection orders.
We can suggest placing an order for delivery via our website or contact your nearest PnP Supermarket to order via the Collect Direct service - https://www.pnp.co.za/pnpstorefront/pnp/en/collect-direct We sincerely apologise for this and thank you for your understanding.
