Customer service

<p>I went to one of the pick n pay franchise in senoane. I went to buy some things and also needed to withdraw cash. I went to all tellers to pay and withdraw and they all told me they don't have money. I asked one of the tellers to call the manager to come and help with explaining how come all the tellers don't have money. She told me that the use the money that we pay with. The manager told the tellers and security guards to take back the food that I bought and she said am waiting their time. Is that the kind of service that pick n pay gives to us. Why does pick n pay advertise and allow banks to advertise that we can withdraw from pick n pay. Am so disappointed with the service I had today. A lot of people were turned back because they say they don't have money, what happened to the float money. Please advise and explain to me.</p>
