Customer Service
Dear Pick 'n Pay,

Why is it that your staff are allowed to cut the line and pay for their goods before customers?? I was standing in the queue with a few other customers and while it was busy and the staff clearly wanted to pay as quickly as possible and go on lunch I think it is unfair towards the customers.

Thank you.
