Customer service

I'm writing this in regards to the bad service I got when I was buying a bus ticket at Pick and pay Tuesday.

The cashier and her supervisor we're arguing in front of us about their knocking off time, shouting at each other and even when we try to stop them to assist us first then they'll have their drama later because it's so very unprofessional. Then they demanded us to have kids birth certificates because they cannot help us without them. So we had to go fetch the certificates and went back again. Then we receive such *********** people, not focusing on their duties.

We bought the ticket heading to Kimberley, however when we arrive at the bus station to check in, we were told that our references shows that we heading to bloemfontein. The bus ticket doesn't even show our destination, it only shows Pretoria. Now we have to add R2100 on top of the R1240 that we paid already and we are stranded right now we don't know how will we get to kimberley from Bloemfontein, we have kids. I'm so very disappointed and frustrated with such service.

I had to take out another money for a transport from Bloemfontein to Kimberley.
