Customer safety not a concern

I went to Goodwood mall Pick n Pay Wednesday Evening at 19:36. Parking area had hardly any lights working, had ***** people forcing people to support them. This happened previously with people surrounding our car when we were there a few weeks back. This is a huge safety concern for me family and I and going to the Goodwood mall PnP is hardly an good experience with the staff at the info counter being neverminded and the safety in the parking lot a major concern. If you do not look after us as customers, then simply close earlier. I understand this is not your priority at all, but with PnP been the largest tenant in the center and the only business I needed to visit.
