Customer Rewards- Pick n Pay Wonderpark

Today, a gentleman was infront of me at pick n pay wonderpark the cashier was a Lerato Molele. Molele informed the gentleman infront of me that his stickers would expire on the 1st of August 2021, so the gentleman decided to leave them. As the man was existing he was approached by another customer an elderly lady who requested the stickers and the gentleman agreed and said the lady must collect them from Molele. The lady approached Molele and informed her that the gentleman had indicated that she should be given his sticker, Molele declined to give the stickers to the lady and indicated that he would be giving the stickers to the teller. The lady left afterwards Molele proceeded to do her cash up and subsequently left with the man's stickers for her own use. I would like to believe that the rewards program is intended for the benefit of the customers and not the cashier's, Molele was very rude towards the elderly lady even when I asked her where the lady had gone she was very dismissive
