customer relations ?

after forgetting a product at the shop, and returning the next day. no indication of the product being left behind, security had to check the cameras. explaining several times, what i wore, still i waited forever. no reassurance that my query was being expedited and attended to, i had to stand around, hoping that i was being attended to. if i asked when i will be attended to, staff and security got frustrated, quite evident on their faces and in their behavior. as a regular customer, i feel offended. i support PnP whenever i can, but to receive such a service is disturbing. i am still considering if i will make use of PnP in Parow again.
