CUSTOMER NEGLECT

On Wednesday, 14 December, I fell in the Worcester Pick n Pay store due to a trolley guy not watching whilst he pushed the trolleys, the carpet rolled up. As on today, and after numerous mails en comments sent, no one of that shop contacted me, to see if I am ok. The only concerned person was a lady standing and witnessing it and that was it. I was in the shop for a short while and no one came up to me to check. The customer service/ shop etiquette is really appalling, including the platforms I used to inform them of it. One doesn't want to bring race into the equation BUT I do believe if it was a white OR older person, there would've been more attention. My knees and body still hurt since I have osteoarthritis in my knees and will go do an affidavit, should this pain remain. I feel like suing them.
