Customer is and remains king, irrespective!!!!!!!!!

If you have ****** staff members who for crying out loud do not understand that the customer is king, you are heading for a total and a complete a disaster. Never treat black customers with contempt. We also have the same buying power like other races. Companies taking short cuts by not training staff members properly deserve severe punishment from customers. Two staff members at Bedford Centre Deli treated me with such contempt and refused to assist me. The one ridiculed me in vernacular unaware that I understood every word she was saying. Even in the face of asking them to call the store manager for the problem I experienced, they refused. Two store managers eventually showed up and said nothing. It all started with me trying to change from buying cabanossi (which I am fami**** with) to a different dry sausage, and requested a 5cent size paper thin slice. (all they could say was she won't agree; she'll shout at us; maybe we should; should we or shouldn't we? "You are only allowed that polony, said the other one." This escalated with them ridiculing me in vernacular. Should Pick 'n Pay retrench, please start with those two at Bedford Centre. Teach them that customer is king irrespective.!!!!!
