Customer injury

Yesterday my wife slipped on a hanger lying on the floor of the clothing store in the Rosebank Mall. Not one of the staff offered help or asked even if she was OK. I spoke to the manager and he said he was going to phone someone. I asked for the video footage. I could not wait for him to get back. He phoned this morning and said we must go to the police and make a case. Really Pick n pay. A Simple courtesy call would have been fine. Dont you care what happen to your customers even if your staff are negligent and customers get injured in your stores. Go to the police they might care.
