Customer complaint - no feedback! but call closed.
I received an online shopping delivery on 27 January 2021. The goods were wet and there was a considerable amount of water in the crates as well as the shopping bags. Some of the goods went bas within a matter of days. When I opened a bottle of spices, it was unusable due to mould - this was a PnP brand product. I tried to engage with Pick n Pay on several occasions by sending e-mail, tried to get feedback from them on Twitter. But NOTHING! Then, surprise! I received an e-mail today "Your call with reference *** Damaged items-***3 has been completed, we appreciate your continued support, if we can be of any more assistance please feel free to contact us again!" Is this the way Pick n Pay deal with complaints? ...ignore it, hope the customer goes away, and then pretend that it's been dealt with? Sies, Pick n Pay!
