Customer complaint

Hi there,

I sent a customer complaint about some chicken that I bought at PnP

Its been almost 3 weeks now and up until today I haven't received a response from PnP

I think for one of the biggest retailers in SA they are absolutely pathetic, if you go onto their Facebook page you'll see numerous consumers complain that they don't respond to customer complaints....

So why have the service available if you not gonna respond to your customers.
