Please register my complaint. I bought a padlock at Middelburg Pick n Pay at downtown as attached. I opened the container and realised its not the correct size. I took it back and only to be told that they won`t accept it back because no one will buy it. Please educate me with your return policy because the padlock was never used.

The attitude was bad and careless
