customer complaint

When i gave my RSC cards and drivers license to the lady at the till she informed me that she need my id document . I told her that i use my divers license she said that she need my ID for my names . My diver have n photo of my self. She said sorry then i cant help you. All the other shops make use if drivers card. There is no notice in the shop that indicate that you must use ID. I told her she waist my time, in Afrikaans then she said that she doesn't understands Afrikaans and then i told her it is my language then she start talk in her language. I did asked to see the Manager is the staff told her that about the ID book use she didn't know .
