Customer complaint

Good afternoon, today it's month end and I have been standing on the line at Pick n Pay Prominade. What's really disturbing is that only four counters open for full trollies. Three for les than ten items. My question is the management didn't they know or prepared for this day?

As customers I don't think it's fair for us to come spend a day at one shop. I would really urge some respect as clients.

I was standing at back of the qué where a close sign was put on my trolley. The sad part I had to refuse everyone coming to my line and you could see their frustration.
