Customer complain

Friday Afternoon my Mother went to Sloan Pick n Pay to get some stuff. Unfortunately when she get there accidentally a gentlemen wave his hand with a plastic in he's hand that hurt my mother on the eye.

My mother is a pensioner, the Manager was called to intervene which he did not care "this is a customer to customer problem" that's what he said.

Clearly He lack Management skills, I wonder he qualifies to one?

instead of trying to come up with appropriate way as a Manager to see both parties are addressed well and also see how bad is the injury of my Mother.

My worry is that so customers can hurt each other inside the store with no intervention from the management.

I deeply disappointed at Pick n Pay.
