Customer complain

Went to shop at pick n pay Northgate mall like i normally do, the store is user friendly but on yhus day i had to ask for assistance which was hard to get, when i finally found someone one called Mantwa to help they where not so helpful and not customer orientated at all no smile, not friendly instead very rude
