Customer care sucks

So last month I complained about a fly in meat that I purchased at pick n pay after numerous of emails that I have sent from my side they responded two days ago saying that someone from head office would contact me I would just like to say that I am really disgusted at the customer service that I received from customer care almost a month and not resolved
