Customer Care Not Responding On Complaint 14 days
Phoned Pick & Pay Customer Care on 11/2/2016. Lady logged call (it was also recorded by them) and advised that it will be escalated to Head Office as well as the Branch Manager at Lifestyle, Centurion. They will respond within 3 to 7 working days. As Pick & Pay staff works 7 days a week, the seven days expired on 18/2/2016. I was complaining about certain Pick & Pay branded products as well as other products not available on the shelves and that some were out of stock for around 8 months to date. Certain products were just discontinued and I am forced to purchase these from my local Spar shop in Eldoraigne. At the time of logging this, it is now 14 days later and nobody from Pick & Pay or their customer care (or is it no customer care?) has bothered to contact me.
