Customer Care not available for Pick 'n Pay smart shoppers

I purchased an Epson Printer on 27 March 2021 using Smart Shopper Card No. 7353.... ....7455 from the Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Woodmead. Part of the deal was I was supposed to receive free paper every month for 12 months. I obtained the first ream of paper on date of purchase and returned on the first week of April to download a voucher for subsequent paper. The kiosk has a different reference number linked to my name. I asked for the correct number of the card I have been using for years to be linked to my profile. Two calls to the Customer Care Line and one service response reference number but no action has been taken to remedy the matter. My voucher for April will soon be unavailable to me.
