cust care PnP (kliptown) Portia

i had the privilege to be assisted by one of the store managers (Portia) at the Kliptown pick n pay and i must say when they say over and above the call of duty this Portia has broken that boundaries. she really went beyond the call of duty to assist me with my query but was always just pushed back by their own suppliers. this lady called around and advised me where to find the product that i was looking for even had the stores reserve stock for me.

she is really a customer care custodian.
