Cursing PnP manager

I went into PnP in Great Brak River today (a Sunday) at 13:00. On my way in, a beggar asked me to buy him a loaf of bread, which I did. When I gave him the bread outside, the manager of PnP stormed out, shouted at me and roundly cursed the beggar. What a ******, elitist idiot. He ranted that it was my fault that beggars kept coming, they were simply too lazy to work, they were the reason why his clients preferred to shop at Spar. I apologised and got into my car, whereupon he started telling other white customers what had happened while standing right in the front door of his shop, pointing at me, clearly very upset. I watched for a while, then got out of the car to tell him there must be a better way to deal with the situation. At that point he ranted about the police and social workers who did not give a damn, and continued to curse the beggars and blame me for his shop's failure. I experienced him as threatening and aggressive. Please let him know that the beggars won't keep me away from PnP Great Brak. What will keep me away is his misogynistic actions, his swearing, his unprofessional and frankly childish behaviour. And people shop at Spar Great Brak because it is a much better shop with a greater variety of products catering for a different demographtly. He needs training or help -- although I think he should really be disciplined. He is not doing the PnP brand in general and the Great Brak shop in partocular any favours. In fact, today he lost a rich customer for ever.
