*****ed cashiers

Can you please assist. Its been 4 weeks now. I bought groceries of R151.72 on the 01/11/2020 at PnP Evaton Mall. I then asked for a cashback of R300 and got that money. Upon arriving at home i found out that they did a cashback of R600 which is in two segments of R300.

I went to the store on Monday to allow a bounce back from my bank but it didn't. I spoke to the manager who was seemingly not interested in me and handed me to an unfriendly supervisor who told me that there is nothing the could do.

I live 10km plus away from PnP, and i shop there because it is my favouring store since ever. I asked to be refunded the petrol money as i went to the store on Monday and they want me back again. I am at work and it costs me petrol to go there.

I heard rumors that cashiers tend to ***** customers when drunk because we tend not to check our bank statements, well they went wrong with me.

Please I love PNP, so do not disappoint me with a simple misunderstanding, or it can be labeled as such, should there be a foul play. I would understand. But my patiency is currently wearing thin.
