Crippling debt because of poor service

I have a complaint with pick n pay.. I have paid you guys using online banking and you called me asking for the money. I even went to the bank and sent you the proof but instead of attending the matter you increased the fee and want me to pay triple the amount I "owe". This Smart Shopper credit card seemed like a good idea at first but it is putting me in crippling debt because of poor customer service.

I honestly am going to pay you guys off and never buy from Pick n Pay ever again!
