Credit Transfer From an old Card to a new one.

The Pick n Pay customer care line has been very frustrating to deal with. I have been calling for the past two hours, and each representative has informed me that they can not assist me in replacing my card. I have been transferred from one person to another, and this experience has been quite tiring. Very bad customer service.
