Credit Card woes at Pick n Pay, Malamulele, Giyani

Terrible personal experience at this Pick n Pay outlet. on 5 Jan 2019 while paying for my merchandise for R676.94 using my credit card, the cashier swiped my card 3 times which resulted in my bank creating a Budget Facility. This was, obviously, contrary to my intentions. I reported this matter to my bank, when I noticed this error, and the resultant instalment charge of R116.22. Although the bank agreed to cancel/collapse the Budget facility, they were reluctant to reverse this incidental charge. On the other hand, Pick n Pay also refused to reverse this incidenta charge. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. For me, this was a nasty experience and I would warn other shoppers to be very vigilant, especially at Pick n Pay Malamulele, in Giyani. Be warned.
