Credit card *****
Pick n pay have been *****ing my and the public's money for many years, The reason why I am saying this is because I finally got all the prove to show it. On the 16/09/2015 I went to P&P and at the cashier I had to pay an amount of R265. I asked the cashier to put extra R200 on to draw cash which would come to R465. She swiped my card and it rejected, 3 times, then I only swiped the R264 and it went through. At the ATM I was told my account was empty. We went to the bank and the cashier said that P&P should refund us R465 which was deducted, she also said we should go back and talk to the manager. I received an sms saying that R465 has been refunded. We talked to the manager at P&P and he wrote on the statement from the bank that FNB should refund it. Back at the bank they said it may take 2 weeks. After 2 week we were refunded R200, Back to the bank and they said that this happens alot and they will sort it out, they took my number and contacted me two days later saying that P&P charged me double and won't refund it. So with all the statements and evidence that I have and they saw, I lost R265. My conclusion is that P&p stole my money, How much have they taken from me until now?
