Covid19 is real

I've had an experience with Pick n Pay Languna mall.All i asked the owner why don't you guys sanatise the baskets as Plumstead Pick n Pay does.He tells me it's not in his protocol because his shop is clean.His baskets gets washed daily.So my question somebody with covid19 touches your basket after done shopping I touch the same basket as your protocol does not sanitize your baskets after each use.Pick n Pay head office phones me sorts it out with Langebaan.The Manager phones me to apologise.I told the manager you did not do me injustice I want the owner of Pick n Pay Langebaan to phone me and apologise.Since the last conversation with the manager nobody called me to apologise.Is the owner superior as he owns Pick n Pay Langebaan. Covid19 is real so I suggest you make changes to your PROTOCOL.You as an owner must go and take lessons from Plumstead Pick n Pay.I would say Plumstead tops all Pick n Pay as there you are not treated with PROTOCOL BUT WITH RESPECT.
