Couldn't take up the Smart Shopper discounted coffee offer

You've been offering Smart Shoppers (via your periodic discount emails) "Get 20% 0ff any coffee at our coffee counters redeemable at a specific store". What does "specific store" mean? I see nothing in your discount offer emails or in the related web page displaying all current offers, that states a specific store where my discounts, as loaded to my card, are available. Neither do I see in my profile behind your web site that I am linked to a specific store. Today, I tried to take up the offer at PnP Lambton, Germiston - my regular PnP shopping store. I spoke with the front-of-store supervisor about the offer. She had to go and consult with the store manager and came back to advise that "the offer is only available at stores with a coffee shop" - meaning sit down facility and that their store did not have same and was not therefore "participating" re the discount offer. I pointed out to her that the offer text stipulates "coffee counters" and that the store did have one of these. We were in fact, standing adjacent to their coffee counter. So who's wrong and who is right here? Is the wording of your offer incorrect? Or, as a store with a coffee counter, why am I told that the offer is not valid there and/or, why do the personnel in the store not know that they should be honouring the offer?
