Couldn't print smart shopper personalised vouchers

I received sms's that I had 10 individualized smart shopper vouchers. I tried to do so at The Glen much to my disappointment, I couldn't be helped. 2 of the 3 smart machines were out of order and 4 of my vouchers printed on the 3 rd machine but started to jam inside the machine so I called a staff member walking past and asked if she could open the machine for me to get my vouchers, she did so reluctantly - pity customers are made to feel that they are an intrusion! Eventually she called someone else who spoke to me like I am a 5 year old and made me count the printed vouchers in my hand because apparently I can't count. Basically we ended on the note that tough luck for me, better luck next time - can't help you get your vouchers. So I told them to stick the vouchers - I was highly annoyed and insulted but I shouldn't be surprised, The Glen is a terrible branch and despite me saying I'll never go there again... Because Mall of the South is MUCH better, I went there and was again reminded that I shouldn't go there because the staff members are rude and have much more important things to do than help customers. Also only 3 tills open in December, the busiest time of year - thanks!
