Cosmo city shopping centre PNP customer service is the worst.

Cosmo city shopping centre pnp has the worst service. I'm writing this because it's now the second encounter, I bought some stuff and I wanted cash back ofwhich all the tills didn't have cash after the cashier put in someone in front of me to give him cash that I should've gotten...so now I wanted to reverse the bread I bought so that I can go to another store to get cash back and buy bread but Joy Mmaditshike told me to after the supervisor to request a reversal. I asked her why I should be the one going after the supervisor to get a reversal but instead she gave me attitude and told me she cannot do reversal so I should go after the supervisor to ask for reversal. Pnp this kind of service is unacceptable, your cashiers are even lazy because I waited there very long because the line was not even moving but only to get this kind of service in the end.
